Producer, Animation
Job Summary:
Our busy environment calls for team members that are engaged, dedicated and talented. The Producer for animation is primarily responsible for being the teams point of contact to handle the timelines and own all schedules for Interactive hardware CG animation creation. You will work with a variety of disciplines for e.g.: animators, prototypes creatives, creative directors and front-end developers. You are versed with a 3D animation workflow as it relates to our web and mobile platforms, able to flex with a constantly evolving process and changing nature of 3D animation. They should also be able to work cross-functionally and be tenacious about getting to deadline with the minimum of fuss.
Key Qualifications:
- Define, run and be responsible for scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule)
- Have familiarity with web and app development processes
- Thrive in situations involving vague goals and processes
- You analytical skills will help you be responsible and flexible to evolving nature of projects and digital mediums
- Lead and inspire teams by communicating a vision for the project
- Manage interdisciplinary teams of visual designers, interaction designers, 3D artists, post-production artists, engineers, QA engineers
- Able to scope and analyze design and technical requirements
- Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes and tooling to enable the team to deliver high quality products
- Firm understanding of interactive methodologies and a high level of proficiency working with creative, engineering, and technical teams.
- You’ll be part of a team that participates in planning efforts and coordinating project schedules on a quarterly basis.
- Additionally, you will help to identify and evangelize new talent by assist with the recruiting effort. Retail, Channel, Film/Video and Interactive teams.

- You will also need to be dependable have attention to detail, and the ability to learn and cope with rapid change. Not least, the you are dedicated to high levels of quality.
EDUCATION
Ideally you have a college degree and at least 10+ years of work experience in the creative and design field or the equivalent.
