What You’ll Do

Planogram Excellence

  • Use industry-standard planogram software with confidence — you’ve done this before in FMCG and know how to create space‑efficient, commercially smart outputs.

Product Master Data Ownership

  • Own the Total GT Product Library, ensuring robust master data accuracy across all formats.
  • Proactively seek and secure new product information by connecting with key Category Development and commercial stakeholders across the wider business — you don’t wait to be asked.

Innovation, Technology & Vendor Management

  • Track evolving ways of working and emerging technologies that can elevate our space management capability.
  • Lead the relationship with our planogram software vendor, ensuring we leverage the latest features, updates, and efficiencies.
  • Feed back on functionality needs and identify opportunities to streamline how the Global Travel team operates.

Process & Tool Development

  • Improve existing processes, templates, and toolkits to help the team deliver recommendations with greater speed and accuracy.
  • Build new analytical templates and automated functionalities that support rapid, consistent planogram creation.

Detail-Driven Execution

  • Deliver planograms and product libraries with absolute accuracy and consistency.
  • Enjoy the craft of space planning — from tidy datasets to perfectly structured visual outputs.

About You

You’ll excel in this role if you:

  • Have proven experience using planogram tools in an FMCG environment.
  • Are highly detail‑orientated and energised by space planning work.
  • Take initiative, spot gaps, and independently drive solutions.
  • Are naturally organised, data‑confident, and comfortable owning end‑to‑end processes.
  • Have strong communication skills and can build connections across a global network.
  • Are ideally available as a contractor who can hit the ground running.

No specific degree required; relevant FMCG category management and planogram experience is more important.
