About the Role

Own the design and delivery of compensation programs for Intuit's seasonal expert workforce, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability.

What You'll Do

  • Design and evolve core compensation programs, including market pricing methodology, job architecture, incentive structures, and pay cycles.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to translate business needs into scalable pay solutions.
  • Serve as the compensation expert, advising HRBPs and leaders on complex pay questions and program design choices.
  • Ensure compliance and consistency in compensation program governance for a large, distributed workforce.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and align stakeholders through recurring operating mechanisms.
  • Identify and modernize legacy processes, leveraging AI and automation to improve scalability.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience with ownership of program design across base pay, incentives, and job architecture.
  • Expertise in market pricing, job evaluation, pay structure design, and incentive plan design.
  • Proven ability to advise senior HR and business leaders on compensation strategy and translate business needs into pay solutions.
  • Experience designing compensation programs for large or distributed workforces; familiarity with seasonal or high-volume populations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, including building compensation models and using data to support program design.
  • Ability to operate as both a technical expert and a trusted partner to stakeholders.
  • Experience modernizing compensation processes with automation and AI tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and brief senior stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with seasonal, hourly, or high-volume workforce compensation programs.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools for process improvement.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $108.55/hour - $108.55/hour.
