Position Purpose:
The ICE Content Enablement (CE) product and activation lead is part of the Marketing Technology team of the Commercial and Launch Strategy, International organization. The MarTech team endeavors to define, deliver and scale the right technology products that enable international countries and regions to create and deploy high-value customer experiences and engagement.
This role will support our International Content enablement product portfolio market activations. The Lead will define end-to-end activation strategy for the ICE Epic 2 permanent solution. This role will require establishing strong partnership with the Product hub team and the Global CE /FUSE team. as well as market stakeholders.
 

Major Accountabilities:

PRODUCT SUPPORT
• Supports the International Content Enablement Martech Director by refining and articulating the ICE permanent solution product’s “What” and “Why” based on a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Partner closely with the International PH team to understand the content strategy approach for International and their needs in order to propose adequate tech solutions and activation approach as well as push the International requirements for inclusion in the Global CE team backlog.
• Support the CE International Director on keeping track of the ICE deliverable, making sure international needs are being prioritised in in the Global CE team backlog and user stories and being delivered according to the plan and agreements.
• Act as a product SME and advisor on gaps and product adjustments needed to meet International, customer needs (including taxonomy/ tagging needs)
• Partner and monitor interdependency with the Modular Content projects run in parallel.

ACTIVATION SUPPORT
• Define and deploy a sound approach to market scalability, training, adoption, measurement of maturity and pull-through of solutions, as well as measurement on consistency and user satisfaction
• Establish a strong communication and training strategy in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Partner with relevant internal and external stakeholder to document the as-is and to -be (tech, people, processes). Oversee and make sure a sound change management journey is being developed.
• Once the activation strategy approach is defined and agreed, own the execution of the strategy making sure that the activation roadmap is delivered on time and budget. Strong PMO skills required to keep all stakeholder accountable
• Can be asked to oversee multiple activations depending on the roadmap.

Minimum Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in strategic program and product management, delivery of MarTech related projects, product leadership, internal communications, training and activation programs.
• Deep understanding of Content Enablement products like Digital asset management (DAM), Content Authoring Tools (CAT), Design Systems. Understanding of Aprimo and Veeva is a big plus.
• Basic understanding of Channel (web, SFMC and CRM Veeva) is
• Experience managing and influencing relationships at the senior level; ability to present and interact with all levels of management.
• Experience with stakeholder & customer management within complex global organizations
• Proven ability to implement, support, and track multiple programs under strict timelines.
• Solid understanding of product management including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective presentation development and delivery skills are a must.
