Campaign Operations Manager (Contract)
Role Description
This role is a contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors will not be employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners.
The Campaign Operations Program (Contractor) Manager drives the end-to-end production, localization, and operational execution of global integrated marketing campaigns. Sitting within the Integrated Campaigns pillar, this role acts as the engine room for campaign delivery. You will turn strategic briefs into structured execution plans, managing the asset lifecycle from initial creative intake to flawless regional handover. This role requires a highly organized, process-driven operations expert who can navigate complex stakeholder matrices to deliver global campaigns and event executions on time and without defects.

Core Responsibilities
1. Campaign Production and Asset Lifecycle Management
- Own the operational execution blueprint for major global integrated campaigns, translating strategic briefs into detailed project schedules and milestone trackers.
- Manage the end-to-end production pipeline for all campaign assets including digital, video, web, social, email,print, OOH, audio and sales enablement collateral.
- Support the operational planning and asset production for major virtual and physical events, coordinating with event production teams to ensure on-time delivery of digital platform setups, registration pages, branding elements, and event signage.
- Coordinate asset ingestion, quality assurance checks, and final packaging of global campaign deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate production bottlenecks, shifting resources or adjusting timelines proactively to prevent launch delays.
2. Localization and Geo Handover Optimization
- Build and manage the global localization matrix, ensuring master campaign assets are effectively adapted for specific regional nuances, languages, and compliance standards.
- Establish a standardized campaign-in-a-box framework to ensure regional execution teams receive plug-and-play marketing kits and event templates.
- Lead formal handover sessions with regional marketing leads, delivering complete asset packages, deployment documentation, and tracking guidelines.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Orchestration
- Serve as the central operational connective tissue between Campaign Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative Studios, Brand, Digital Media teams etc.
- Lead regular production syncs to maintain alignment on deliverables, enforce strict compliance with brand guidelines, and manage creative review cycles.
- Bridge the gap between corporate planning and field execution, ensuring global strategies are operationalized realistically for local markets.
4. Process Optimization and Governance
- Enforce the utilization of project management tools and collaboration platforms to maintain absolute visibility into campaign status across the enterprise.
- Build, document, and refine scalable campaign operations workflows to reduce time-to-market for net-new assets and event setups.
- Conduct post-campaign operational reviews to identify workflow friction and implement corrective process updates.
What Success Looks Like
- On-Time Asset Delivery: Deliver 100% of global campaign core assets and virtual/physical event collateral on schedule without production bottlenecks.
- Zero-Defect Launch Quality: Achieve flawless deployment at launch, ensuring all links, tracking codes, localized variants, registration pathways, and digital event platforms are fully functional.
- Geo Execution Readiness: Equip regional teams with completed campaign kits and event playbooks at least 3 to 4 weeks prior to market launch to allow for local activation.
- Workflow Efficiency Gains: Reduce production cycle times through optimized creative routing and structured stakeholder review response windows.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Experience Bracket: 5 to 10 years of direct experience in marketing campaign operations, event operations management, agency project management, or corporate marketing program management.
- Global Scope: Proven track record of managing multi-market, multi-language global B2B technology campaigns within a large enterprise infrastructure.
- Project Management Expertise: Deep hands-on mastery of institutional project management methodologies and enterprise tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or Workfront.
- Funnel Literacy: Thorough understanding of how digital assets flow through the marketing funnel and connect to downstream demand capture mechanics.
- Communication Spine: Demonstrated capability to manage creative review friction, hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable to delivery deadlines, and communicate production risks clearly to leadership.
Compensation
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer,this is the pay range that Magnit (the staffing agency) reasonably expects to pay for this position: $65/hour to $67/hour. Please note that the compensation information in this posting reflects the hourly wage only and does not include benefits. Magnit offers Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K.
