Description:

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst role for a temporary assignment in Plano, TX.

This position is a 12-months assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $25.00 - $35.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Description:

Who we're looking for

Toyota's Human Resources Department is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst. Reporting to Supervisor, Human Resources, you will support various aspects of the talent acquisition process, ensuring all recruiting operations needs are met, including conducting compensation analyses, offer approvals, handling background check initiations and adjudications, and participating in various TA operational projects and initiatives.

This role is hybrid in the Plano, TX area. – 3 days a week minimum

What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct compensation analyses for internal and external candidate offers, ensuring alignment with key aspects
  • Review and approve requisitions and offers, verifying correct format, location- and role-specific verbiage, and alignment with branding and compliance standards
  • Perform background checks including manual adjudication processes in HireRight for complex background check cases
  • Participate in TA operational projects such as policy and process improvements

Requirements:

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations
  • Hands-on experience with TA operational processes, including requisition management, background checks, and offer approvals
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, with a strong preference for Workday Recruiting and HireRight
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently across diverse projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • As discussed on call - TA Legal request (Confidential information)/offer approvals (checking and reviewing the information is all correct), Attention to detail, /Background checks/ Operations (HireRight - IMP)/ Workday Recruiting
  • Background check operations – IMP/

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience in project management or process improvement methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
