Job Summary

As a Digital Producer on the Apple Arcade Creative Production team, you will play a critical role in bringing gaming experiences to life across multiple digital touch points. You will lead the production of a wide range of marketing assets—from campaign creative and motion content to always-on digital deliverables—ensuring each project meets the highest creative standards while supporting broader marketing objectives.

This position requires a seasoned producer with strong communication skills and proven experience working directly with creative, motion, and digital teams. You will work cross-functionally to ensure creative objectives are well-defined and executed to the highest standard—on strategy, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the creative process for marketing assets across digital platforms.

Key Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in digital project management or production, with at least 5 years producing digital assets and working directly with designers, animators, and producer peers
  • Demonstrated experience guiding creative teams through complex, multi-workstream projects
  • Agency or in-house experience producing quick-turn digital assets across multiple platforms
  • Strong understanding of the creative process for various marketing assets including static, animated, and video content across digital channels
  • Experience structuring and scoping digital and interactive projects
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to manage and balance daily tasks for team members while staying on top of shifting timelines and priorities
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate high-level concepts and business direction succinctly to all levels of the organization
  • Experience building strong relationships with creative, development, and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable collaborating with producers, agency teams, and external partners on an ongoing basis
  • Extremely detail-oriented and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to anticipate change and react efficiently; comfortable with ambiguity and asking questions when something is unclear
  • Identifies risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans and takes appropriate action to mitigate risks and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Excels under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor
  • Comfortable taking ownership of several projects simultaneously, often with various deadlines and stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage time for others
  • Prioritizes projects and ongoing changes in real-time, refining processes based on project requirements
  • Discretion in handling confidential materials and issues
  • Can-do attitude when it comes to hitting milestones and meeting deadlines
  • Works well independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Previous gaming industry experience preferred—either in-house at a game studio producing creative/marketing assets or at an agency working on gaming campaigns
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of the gaming landscape

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
