Description:

The Marcom Project Manager (MPM) drives creative workflow throughout the group, steering key projects through the studio, tracking status and timelines, identifying bottlenecks, scheduling reviews, ensuring smooth workflow and critically connecting projects stakeholders throughout the creative process from strategic development through creative into production and delivery.

Key Qualifications

  • You have at least eight years of experience working in a creative organization
  • Your project management skills are excellent and you can adapt to rapid change and ambiguity.
  • You have experience of managing and supporting other project managers
  • You have the ability to organize information quickly with extraordinary communication skills
  • You are able to pre-empt potential roadblocks and define the best way forward.

  • You understand print, interactive and video asset creation and approval cycles.
  • You respect and understand the craft of creative work and negotiate well
  • You are an inventive and enthusiastic problem solver, who works with kindness and respect.
  • You are familiar with Apple applications, including Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages and Calendar.

Description

Partner with Brand team on the logistics of a project from start to finish - timings, status meetings, action items, team alignment, creative reviews, partner shares, approvals and hindsights.

Support the Creative Directors and Teams to define project needs, process and structure of reviews, approval routes, resource and production needs.

Create and communicate project timelines with functional producers, production teams and Brand managers for the lifecycle of a project. 

Handle the scheduling and agenda for creative reviews within Canada / USH/ Latin America  and Cupertino.

Work with Studio Manager to ensure resourcing needs are anticipated, budgets are in place and report on project status at weekly status, finance and resourcing sessions. 

Work with Resource Manager to scope, cost, resource and report creative initiatives.

Partner with Functional Producers and Interactive, Motion and Print Production Managers to ensure timely development of all deliverables.

Run project workflow logistics: server set-up, communication, disclosure lists, folders, logistics calendars and confidential work spaces where applicable.

  • Preferred years of experience : 3+ Years
  • Travel Required : No travel required
  • Business Day Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
