Executive Assistant
Description
The Engagement Assistant serves as a key partner to the Engagement Lead, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of engagement events of all sizes to also include special projects as needed. This role is responsible for coordinating event logistics and budgets, reconciling expenses, sourcing and coordinating vendors, and overseeing orders and deliveries. The Engagement Assistant collaborates closely with Facilities and the Culture team to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned, confirmed, and executed seamlessly from concept through completion.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about creating seamless and engaging experiences. The successful candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and skilled at building effective partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure events are delivered smoothly, professionally, and within budget.
