The Immersive Post Production team is seeking a Data and Deliverables Producer to help support the exciting and growing industry of immersive content. In this role, you will work with the Post Production team to help organize and coordinate deliverable assets and manage internal databases. The role would also require proficiency in SAN management and organization.
Description
In this industry-leading immersive Post-Production team, this role will require you to communicate and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely deliveries, database tracking and general support of the data management team. You will also work with other departments outside of the Immersive group to help create greater efficiencies in the media asset delivery infrastructure. In addition, the position will require candidates to be familiar with video and audio-based file formats to verify correct metadata and specs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in supporting Post-Production work at a post facility or major studio
- Experience in tracking and ensuring accuracy for deliverables to internal and external partners/vendors
- Familiar working with localization assets and teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to their respective platforms
- Proficiency in Terminal and navigating using basic Unix commands used for file management and archiving
- Exhibits great attention to detail and organizational skills, while multitasking on several projects in varying stages
- Expert knowledge of different file formats, transcodes and renders, and the ability to ensure quality checks on asset metadata
- Streamline workflows by incorporating information across various databases and communication channels into a centralized, accessible production management infrastructure
- Strong in communication, documentation and collaborative capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable managing your own workload in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Works well in a team setting but is also exhibits self-motivated initiatives as well
- Experience with various editorial platforms such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Colorfront Transkoder or OSD products
- Familiar with high-speed data transfer solutions such as IBM Aspera, Signiant and BOX.
Education
- A Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience.
