Associate Producer  


Job Summary
The Associate Producer will work closely with a lead producer, preparing schedules, creating and managing asset tracking documents, communicating notes to internal teams and external vendors. AP will be responsible for ensuring high quality control of assets throughout the process. AP will archive files and create wrap documents to summarize the productions.

Key Qualifications

• You have at least 5-7 years of experience in a producer position at an agency, commercial production company, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department.
• You have relationships with the production community that bring an in-depth knowledge of resources, crew, and production vendors.
• You are a flexible team player, capable of working with a variety of teams in the organization and the ability to articulate production needs from partners to keep the project on track. 
• You have excellent communication skills, written and spoken. 
• You are able to organize, track, QC and deliver multiple files.
• Proven track record of partnering with creatives to influence production needs while considering the creative vision. 
• You are able to problem solve for un-anticipated changes. 
• You understand the voice and aesthetic and can shape creative work that meets the organization’s expectations.

Description
The Motion Production team partners with the Design Team to bring their creative vision to life in a multitude of touch points throughout Apple Retail Stores, Channel partner stores, various online and social media outlets.We manage end-to-end original CG animation production, on time and within budget. We drive clear and consistent communication, helping everyone stay informed and seeking relative information necessary from our partners to move the production forward. We work to find creative ways to increase efficiency with production dollars and encourage suppliers and vendors to deliver more exciting work in an optimal way.


Education
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
