Team: Business Affairs Social 

Location: Remote

Job Summary

The Business Affairs Social team is seeking a highly organized, proactive ProjectManager to support the planning and execution of corporate communications, socialmedia, and content creator marketing initiatives.

This role requires expert-level proficiency in Wrike, Box, and Slack, and a deepunderstanding of social-first workflows, influencer campaigns, content production, andcross-functional marketing collaboration. You will act as the operational hub betweenbrand, creative, strategy, production teams, and agency partners, ensuring thatcampaigns are executed flawlessly, on time, and in compliance with IP, brand, andplatform requirements.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing complex, cross-functionalinitiatives within a fast-paced marketing or creative production environment. This role iscritical in driving operational efficiency, ensuring on-time project delivery, and serving asa connective tissue between strategy, creative, production, and digital channel teams.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead and manage social-first projects frombrief through launch, including influencer campaigns, editorial content series,UGC programs, and real-time moments.

• Wrike Power User: Own project setup, task templates, intake forms, productionschedules, blueprints, dashboards, and status reporting. Train teams on Wrikebest practices and enforce process adherence.

• Slack Channel Operations: Create and manage cross-functional Slackchannels, and use workflows to streamline comms and approvals for fast-pacedcampaign environments.

• Creator Marketing Coordination: Work closely with Apple Social, BuzzMarketing, PR, Business Affairs, Production teams, and external agencies totrack creator deliverables, usage rights, product shipments, and asset approvals.

• Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as the connective tissue between SocialBA and teams across Apple

• Real-Time Activation Support: Coordinate approvals, escalations, and rapid-response actions for time-sensitive content tied to product launches, culturalmoments, and social trends.
 

• Meeting Management & Documentation: Drive recurring stand-ups, manageagendas, take notes, and document action items and decision logs.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure project management processes are inalignment with Apple’s privacy, information security, and data handling policies;develop and document governance to ensure adherence to project managementprocesses.Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in project management within a marketing, creativeproduction, or digital agency environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Wrike, including experience with dashboards, customworkflows, request forms, and automations. Wrike certification strongly preferred.

• Expert-level Slack user, with experience managing fast-paced comms acrosshigh-volume campaign workflows and integrations.

• Strong working knowledge of organic social campaign development, creativeasset production, creator content workflows.

• Proven track record managing campaigns that include paid and organic social,influencer-generated content, and short-form video for platforms such asInstagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working closely with legal or business affairs teams is highlydesirable.

• PMP, Agile, or marketing operations certification is a plus but not required.

• Familiarity with Opal, Airtable, Quip, and social publishing tools (e.g.,DashHudson, Sprinklr, or Sprout Social) is a plus.Preferred Attributes
