Social Producer, Apple TV+ Brand
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of Apple TV+ Social by supporting the end-to-end production cycle of brand social initiatives. You will be responsible for managing social content creation and production processes across Apple TV+ social’s brand and marketing projects, including support for brand and editorial programming, operational support, and publishing. Additionally, this role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the department and maintaining strong, effective management of agency partners.
Key Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of marketing experience working for global brands, with a focus on integrated communications.
- Deep understanding of social marketing and platform best practices.
- Strong knowledge of content development and video production processes.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced creatively-driven environments with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent project and time management skills, with the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift.
- Skilled at quickly synthesizing information, anticipating roadblocks, and driving clear paths forward — while protecting creative integrity and quality.
- Strong problem solving skills, high organizational acumen, and rigorous attention to detail.
- Effective communicator and collaborator, able to build influence and build trust across teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Passionate Apple brand user who is familiar with the products including Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar. Fluent in Slack, familiarity with Airtable a plus.
- Experienced working with third-party publishing platforms with ability to learn and understand platform updates, best practices, and link-building tools and software.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Programming Support - Assist with brand and editorial planning by maintaining and regularly updating the TV+ programming calendar, tracking key cultural, title, and marketing milestones.
- Content Production — Manage social content creation for quick turn reactive and planned catalogue social moments that live on Apple TV+ social channels and earned channels (including creator and partner channels).
- Publishing and Channel Management - Support publishing operations across all TV+ social accounts. Support Creative Producer team across organic social in programming initiatives, calendar planning, and content QA before posts go live. Fluent in social media best practices and channel updates, go-to for platform developments. Support in channel moderation.
- Operational Support — Maintain and update cross-functional databases with relevant title, resourcing and brand information. Manage all TV+ team trackers (title Gantt chart/roadmap, project status), and communicate important status updates to team. Manage budgets, vendor costs, and work with internal finance teams to create PRs, POs, and track spend.
- Vendor Integration & Support — Liaison between the brand team and agency vendors, ensuring seamless integration into the Apple systems. Work closely with internal and external partner teams to identify more efficient workflows and prioritization of efforts. Intimate knowledge with security protocols.
- Social Link Management — Build and manage attribution tracking tokens and product deep links for all owned and organic channels. Manage all TV+ link trackers and communicate important status updates to team.
