Producer - Visual Development
Job Summary
Visual Development sits within the CG Studio arm of the Global Marketing Communications group. We are a team of experienced digital artists, dedicated to craft, creativity, and the exploration of new tools and technologies.
We are looking for a versatile producer to support a team of experienced visual development artists who specialize in exploratory, high-end visual work across both motion and static formats. The Producer plays a key role in driving the conceptual and early creative development phase of global marketing campaigns, ensuring creative intent is upheld while keeping projects on track, on time, and on budget.
You will manage complex 3D and 2D production workflows, collaborate across multiple internal and external teams, and contribute to the shaping of new creative pipelines and processes. A successful candidate brings deep production experience in CG, excellent judgment, and the ability to balance creative vision with operational efficiency.
Duties
- Lead the production of a wide range of motion and static assets, including hard-surface product renderings, conceptual CG illustrations, and generative explorations
- Collaborate with artists, producers, and cross-functional teams to evaluate briefs, define scopes, and build realistic project timelines
- Ensure projects run smoothly by facilitating communication, managing schedules, and mitigating risk throughout the lifecycle of each engagement
- Drive creative problem-solving and contribute to the design of new workflows, especially for emerging technologies
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence, maintaining high attention to detail even in fast-paced environments
- Manage budgets, track deliverables, and handle final wrap documentation and postmortem's
- Maintain accountability for quality control and project escalation pathways
Key Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in CG, VFX, or related creative production roles
- Expert knowledge of 3D and 2D production workflows, including tools such as Maya, Nuke, Cinema4D, Houdini, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Proven project management skills, including timeline creation, budget tracking, and resourcing
- Ability to evaluate creative briefs and translate them into structured production plans
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence, especially in collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation and documentation
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to weigh creative, operational, and technical trade-offs
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure
- Comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity in fast-moving projects
- Experience with Blender or real-time engines (e.g., Unity) is a plus
- Familiarity with emerging and innovative technologies in the CG space is a plus

Education:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in the creative and design field
