The role of a Print Production Environment Compliance Manager is responsible for driving environmental focus on all print efforts for the organization with an emphasis on validation, tracking and reporting. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving environmental compliance of 2D elements on behalf of Apple with a goal of maintaining the highest visual standards of one of the most beloved and empowering brands through all vehicles by which marketing and advertising appears and is maintained globally.

Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years minimum of print production experience within a creative agency or print production environment equivalent, managing print projects of all types (large and small format litho and inkjet printing, dye-sublimation, large format finishing techniques (welding/sewing/mounting), and specialty finishing techniques (embossing/foil stamping/spot coatings) from concept through execution with a focus on sustainability and compliance.
- Understand and be passionate about environmental standards as they relate to print and have experience applying this to print manufacturing processes.
- History of developing and managing supplier relationships (paper vendors, print partners, etc).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal producer teams and external vendors.
- Be a proactive and independent project manager with strong organizational, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to ever-changing situations with creativity and innovation while meeting deadlines.
Description:
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure, eco-friendly materials and sustainable printing manufacturing methods are used.
- Conduct regular audits of print production processes identify areas for improvement in environmental compliance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on print environmental performance metrics and sustainability goals.
- Track compliance to published environmental standards.
- Educate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners driving compliance on sustainability goals.
- The position works cross-functionally with other teams and is responsible for facilitating successful completion of environmental projects.
- Be comfortable managing complex spreadsheet data as well as preparing and presenting Keynote decks.
- During peak periods, evening and weekend work may be required. The candidate must also be willing to travel both domestically and internationally, often at short notice. This is a hybrid position with requirement to work on-site for office days; may also be required to work on-site on WFH days if necessary to fulfill project parameters.
