As an Associate Creative Director, you’ll empower a team of talented art directors and designers to create concepts across all mediums for products, launches, and campaigns. Your work will influence customers worldwide.
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience concepting, creative directing, and producing major marketing, communication, or advertising campaigns.
- Proven track record of crafting high-quality work across advertising, social media, conceptual campaigns, product launches, branding, photography, film, and video.
- Passion for excellent design and art direction that is thoughtful, meaningful, provocative at times, and impactful.
- Thrives in a creative and dynamic environment and embraces opportunities to elevate the brand.
- Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to tell compelling stories through visual work.
- Deep understanding of the social landscape and experience ideating for social-first campaigns.
Description
- Crafts, reviews, and leads campaign work for the brand and its products.
- Presents work to senior creative staff, product marketing managers, and executives—clearly articulating concepts with energy and enthusiasm.
- Collaborates with ACD/Writers to co-develop ideas and lead teams toward high-quality execution.
- Works cross-functionally to integrate strategies and messaging across online, retail, channel, events, advertising, and emerging platforms.
- Partners with project managers and creative directors to maintain accurate schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Mentors creatives, fostering a supportive environment where team members can do their best work and amplify each other’s strengths.
Education
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
