We are seeking a highly skilled Production Designer to join our team, bringing expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, and Sketch. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage production assets across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders, oversee quality control for production vendors, and optimize workflows for efficiency. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively, and are passionate about maintaining brand authenticity.
Key Qualifications
- Ability to create or modify graphic production files with guidance from a combination of: templates, art direction, and written guidelines. Expert in comping, retouching, and removing backgrounds for different graphic file types.
- Ability and expertise in taking specifications documents and requirements and applying them to asset creation for multiple platforms—including safe zones, grid systems, and platform optimization.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Premiere and After Effects a plus
- Knowledgeable and highly proficient in Keynote
- Knowledgeable in Sketch
- Experience with batch processing and other workflow efficiencies
- An understanding of asset creation for multiple platforms
- Ability to QA / QC production assets as needed
- Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, across different disciplines.

Additional Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in production design
- 10+ years relevant graphic, visual, or production design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Web, Graphic, Information, Comms design, or
equivalent.
