As a temporary contractor supporting BeOne Medicines, you will be employed by our contingent talent partner, Magnit Global, who manages BeOne’s contingent and temporary workforce. Essential Functions of the Job

  • Support day-to-day operations of clinical development heme through the SPO organization
  • Coordinate follow-ups with functional leads to confirm timeline updates, resolve open action items, and escalate overdue deliverables when appropriate.
  • Maintain onboarding checklists for new hires, track required system access and training, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Draft, process, and track contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, CDAs etc. in collaboration with Legal, Compliance and Finance.
  • Maintain departmental dashboard, reports and metrics as needed.
  • Support vendor management activities, including development of purchase orders, invoice review and reconciliation as well as budget management and tracking.
  • Support preparation of leadership presentation materials by consolidating inputs, updating slides, and ensuring data accuracy for governance and operational review meetings
  • Establish and maintain a work environment that supports learning, respect, open communication, collaboration, integration, and teamwork.
  • Support other tasks as identified by the Chief of Staff (COS)
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate expertise in effectively managing multiple priorities and/or work streams in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate and/or exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels within an organization.

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, or CDMO environments.
  • Prior experience supporting clinical development programs or operational teams preferred.
  • Experience with contract processing, vendor coordination, or procurement workflows preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance systems (e.g., Veeva, ARIBA, Engage) a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).

 

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $33.75/hour - $45.00/hour
