General Description:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as Sr. Manager, CMO Management & Project Management. As BeOne continues to grow and evolve, this position will provide flexible support across a range of priorities, including new launch acceleration, process improvement initiatives, project management, and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) engagement. The role will enable effective communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders, adapt quickly to shifting strategies and business needs, and support or lead new initiatives as required. A strong focus on change management, execution excellence, CMO management, and cross‑functional alignment will be critical to successfully supporting BeOne’s expanding portfolio and operational objectives.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Provide flexible support across CMO management, Project Management, Launch Management, and crossfunctional initiatives, adjusting priorities as business strategies and organizational needs evolve
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between CMOs and internal BeOne functional teams, enabling effective communication, alignment, and timely execution of deliverables
  • Support global CMO partnerships by contributing to performance monitoring, relationship management, and productivity‑driving initiatives for assigned CMOs.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and other stakeholders on contract‑related activities as needed to drive positive partnerships
  • Support and/or lead initiatives related to New Product Introductions, market launches, operational readiness, and other strategic programs as assigned
  • Partner cross functionally (e.g., Supply Planning, CMC, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Commercial, Logistics, Packaging, and Artwork) to support execution of launch and operational activities as needed
  • Track project milestones, action items, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators, and communicate progress, issues, and outcomes in a consistent and structured manner
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities impacting supply, timelines, or deliverables, and support development of mitigation plans
  • Drive process improvement and change management initiatives, including development and maintenance of templates, tools, playbooks, and governance documentation to enhance execution efficiency and cross functional alignment
  • Ensure project execution aligns with established policies, procedures, and quality requirements
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions oriented working environment and interface effectively with all levels of the organization

Education/Experience Required:

  • BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management
  • Strong experience in Project Management Office (PMO) processes, creating templates, and training materials
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of setting priorities and managing high workload
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal including oral presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with multiple layers of the organization with demonstrated success initiating change and influencing at all levels
  • Understands comprehensive global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (e.g. GMP, GDP)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and excellent team skills to be successful in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams across various time zones

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $57.24/hour - $76.32/hour
