General Description

The Project Coordinator, GCO Learning & Development, supports the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple learning and development projects and strategic initiatives across Global Clinical Operations (GCO). This role serves as a central liaison across cross-functional workstreams to identify learning needs, gather requirements, and support the development and delivery of training solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple fast-paced initiatives while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

 Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Coordinate administrative and operational activities for learning and development initiatives across GCO
  • Partner with cross-functional workstreams to gather, document, and analyze training and development requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between functional teams and the Learning & Development team to ensure alignment on learning needs
  • Support the design and development of basic training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and eLearning modules
  • Organize and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track progress of multiple concurrent workstreams and ensure timely communication of updates, risks, and milestones
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain documentation, project plans, and learning content repositories
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to learning processes and project execution

Education/Experience Required:

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience creating presentations and basic training materials in PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar) preferred
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) preferred
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies quickly
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and translate it into actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles is a plus
  • Experience in clinical operations within study start up, trial associate, CRA etc. is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • Previous clinical operations experience is highly preferred  

 

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $18.75/hour - $25.00/hour
