The Opportunity
To work as a point of contact between the various business units, and the SharePoint Application team to facilitate the planning, tracking, and completion of the CNB SharePoint Attestation.
All responsibilities carried out in accordance with Code of Conduct, RBC Values and Guiding Principles ensuring adherence to Privacy principles.
The Responsibilities

Technical Lead/Go-To person for escalations, problems and any issues for the CNB SharePoint Attestation
- Strong communication, problem solving and time management skills
- Identify areas for maximizing resource use, common processes and reporting, etc.
- Assist in support efforts between various CNB business units
- Address/reply to all business correspondences by next business day.
- Ensure all escalated incidents are addressed in a timely manner, according to established SLA’s
- Prioritize regularly in order to effectively and efficiently respond to business needs.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Resolve concerns or conflicts or escalate to manager as appropriate.
- Requires minimal supervision
- Effectively communicates and builds rapport with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge transfer among the team through document creation/update and learning session.

- Strong knowledge and experience of Windows 11.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office/M365.
- Knowledge of both SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $111.35/hour - $119.37/hour
