In this assignment, you will be working with Coinbase through our Managed Service Provider—partnering with one of the most influential cryptocurrency companies in history, dedicated to empowering their customers’ success through innovative solutions.

 

We are seeking a skilled HR Technology, Talent System Specialist with a primary focus on managing and optimizing the Recruitment Ecosystem of Greenhouse, Scheduling Automation, and CRM AI sourcing. This individual will play a critical role in system administration, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and project execution to support Talent and Recruiting functions effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Talent and Recruiting systems, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance (e.g., Greenhouse).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and workflows, documenting needs and assessing system impacts.
  • Identify and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Partner with users and technology teams to ensure solutions are accurate, aligned with business needs, and scalable.
  • Provide daily production support, troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues to maintain business continuity.
  • Participate in system upgrades, conversions, mergers, and other development projects, including system analysis, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing HR Technology capabilities.
  • Perform rigorous system testing to ensure high-quality and error-free deployments.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Recruitment and Sourcing
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent System Operations
  • Strong familiarity with Talent and Recruiting workflows, with expertise managing Greenhouse
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years experience in both recruitment and Applicant Tracking System Management
  • Experience with Greenhouse's preferred partner integrations (e.g, DocuSign, CodeSignal, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Greenhouse custom field objects
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, and recruiting systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating user-friendly documentation and leading stakeholder discussions.

Nice to have:

  • Has led and end to end implementation of Greenhouse, CRM, or Scheduling automation tool
  • Experience with Greenhouse Business Intelligence Connector
  • Experience in Harvest API Management
  • Experience with HRIS LINK
  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk
