Job Title: Project Manager

Job Schedule: 

Part-time schedule: 30 hours a week. Must be available to work EST hours and be available for late/early meetings with Japan & EU teams.

Job Location: Fully remote in the United States

• Manage both IT and business project activities in all three regions (DSI, DSJ, DSE). This requires off-hours meetings and working with our DSE and DSJ team.
• Run meetings effectively and produce meeting minutes
• Act as a scrum master with various scrum calls across regions
• Manage project collaterals on SharePoint
• Produce various weekly, monthly status report at project and program level
• Manage Jira project and provide updates and mitigation plans on issues (both IT and business)

Requirements:

5-6 years of project management experience 

Pharma experience is required

Completed bachelor's degree 

Project Management Certification and Pharma experience will set you apart

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 35-$77/hr
