About the Role: 

This role partners with regional teams ans performance leaders to deliver forecasting, budgeting, and decision support analysis. 

 

About the Team: 

Diageo Commercial Finance teams are central to the delivery of key business objectives and targets across the P&L, Balance Sheet and broader market share. The teams are respected business partners to their customers inside and outside of the function and work to craft the future of the Canada business. 

 

Purpose of the Role: 

You will drive phenomenal decision making with your business partner and support the business in setting and realizing its performance ambition and AOP with a particular focus on the Dynamic value creator area of the Finance Mission.

Experience/Skills Required: 

  • Business Partner to Marketing Director, On Premise Director, Innovation Director and Customer Marketing Director 
  • Business Performance Planning (BPP) lead, owning modelling and driving the process with FD, GM and Strategy and Planning Director. 
  • Support the MBP process with financial modelling and brand investment plans 
  • A&P financial ownership 
  • Supporting on A&P decision making, incremental opportunity governance 
  • Partnering commercial excellence to drive actions from A&P M&E. 
  • Partnering On Premise Director on efficient and effective spend allocation

  • Work Authorization : Canadian Citizen

  • Shift timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
