Description:
  • Provide tactical knowledge engagement support to Diageo regional market HR teams under the guidance of our Global Knowledge & Portal Lead.
  • Transition and re-write HR knowledge articles into standardised content formats in ServiceNow.
  • Review and update HR knowledge article meta data, categorisation, taxonomy relationships, and audience criteria in ServiceNow.
  • Ensure HR knowledge articles follow GenAI optimisation criteria for Now Assist.
  • Demonstrated experience writing and updating knowledge article content in ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated experience writing HR policy, information, FAQ or help guide content in partnership with HR Subject Matter Experts.
  • Fluent verbal and written English language.
  • Bachelors or equivalent degree.
