This is a contract opportunity. You will be employed by Magnit to work on assignment with GuideWell and subsidiary companies including Florida Blue.
Project Scope:
- A contract administrator oversees the specific mandates in a contract and make sure that all parties involved fulfill obligations to which they agreed. The contract administrator must know the ins and outs of a contract and ensure all sides adhere to its specific terms, conditions, rights, and obligations. It is also the administrator's responsibility to coordinate any changes that may transpire, and to make sure that those changes are agreed upon by all involved. When the contract has been fulfilled, the contract administrator will complete a closeout process to ensure that the contract has been ended in an appropriate manner.
- In many scenarios, a contract administrator will oversee the delivery of goods and equipment to ensure that everything matches the contract; this often involves visiting several job sites and doing proper inspections. They may also oversee contract terms through electronic document management systems and spreadsheets, as this can allow the administrator to properly track various transactions and keep proper records.
- Prepares proposal for major contracts.
- Review and negotiate contractual details, including specifications, price, date of delivery and contractual provisions.
Job Requirements:
- Intermediate skills in a Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- A proven ability to handle multiple assignments

Required Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
Required Education:
- High school diploma or GED
