Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Support

Position Details:

• This position is 100% onsite. Keysight Location: 22361 Gilberto; Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688.
• Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours/week - The start time for this position is between 5 am and 7 am (PST).
• Contract Duration: 23 months.

The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power Keysight’s industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.

Duties:

In this full-time role, you will support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift. Through on‑the‑job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.

Required Skills:

• High School diploma is required.
• Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
• Strong manual dexterity
• High‑volume parts inspection and handling
• Microscopic inspection
• Part Cleaning and handling
• Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and converse in English

Pay Transparency:

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $22.26/hour - $22.26/hour W-2.
