About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Portfolio/Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, programs, and portfolios within a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive strategic initiatives and optimize performance across the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects and programs across IT.
• Develop and implement portfolio management strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate and communicate with project teams, IT and business stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and best practices in project and program management.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in portfolio and program management, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage change effectively.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $37-54/Hr
