Job Purpose:

Actively supports the Production Unit (PU) in all process-specific matters with the objective of continuously improving existing processes qualitatively and quantitatively and introducing and establishing new processes. This activity is carried out in compliance with cGMP as well as valid SOPs and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supports the processing of deviations, complaints, actions, and CAPAs.
  • Supports decision-making in the event of production problems.
  • Supports the creation and updating of manufacturing instructions, including the bill of materials, process section steps, and process steps.
  • Supports the processing of quality notifications (external and internal complaints).
  • Supports the creation of specific SOPs.
  • GMP-compliant documentation.
  • Consistent compliance with GSU guidelines.
  • Ensures cleanliness, hygiene, and order.
  • Supports the execution of qualification and validation activities.
  • Supports the implementation of measures relating to deviations.
  • Supports process and cleaning validations.
  • Supports qualifications (e.g., thermal requalification).

Additional Tasks:

  • Participation, as required, in various projects: TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), process optimization, 5S, NOSCCE.
  • Participation in the improvement of metrics.
  • Further additional tasks as agreed with the supervisor or assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Initial experience in a production/manufacturing environment; experience in an international environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Student currently pursuing a degree, or completed university degree.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Technical understanding/technical aptitude.
  • Scientific approach to problem-solving.

Workload: 40 hours/week

Required start date: 1 August 2026
Contract: 12 months
