About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to reinforce the recruitment team supporting the commercial unit for a leading global pharmaceutical company. As a member of the European team, you will be focusing especially on the Polish market with the objective of identifying, attracting, assessing and accompanying best-fit, diverse talent. As a member of the regional Talent Acquisition team, you will also be supporting other countries and working with managers across the region. You will be delivering best-in-class recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers and outstanding partnership across HR centers of excellence

As an Employer Brand ambassador to the external market, you will be role-modelling the Values and Behaviors of Inspired, Curious, Unbossed and Integrity.

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing up to onboarding. You will be playing a key role in the mission to reimagine medicine by driving hiring outcomes that amplify our business and talent strategy.

This role reports to the regional Talent Acquisition Lead and will work hand in hand with the regional Talent Acquisition team.

Key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment of hiring requisitions, including sourcing, screening, assessing, selection, offer and accompanying our future hires until their start date.
• Develop engaging, value-adding partnerships with hiring managers as well as internal and external candidates to deliver best-in-class recruitment experience and outcomes.
• Proactively gather and share talent market insights that inform hiring decisions.
• Be an ambassador for the company mission and purpose, strengthen our employer brand and inspire candidates to join us. Support major recruitment campaigns as well as special projects.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to relevant labor and employment laws. Collaborate effectively across HR centers of excellence to facilitate offer and pre-boarding processes.
• Adhere to our People & Organization and Talent Acquisition policies and processes.

Role Requirements:

Essential requirements:
• Minimum of two years´ experience in an end-to-end Talent Acquisition role in an international environment, preferably in-house, experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Fluency in Polish and English is essential
• Strong interviewing skills, combined with an ability to identify and engage active and passive candidates
• Excellent communication and project management skills, ability to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate in a matrix environment.
• Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to manage high volumes of requisitions and applicants
• Bachelor's degree and a desire to keep learning

Desirable requirements:
• Business savviness and an interest in the healthcare sector
• Collaboration, maturity, ability to think on your feet, navigate complexity and deal with ambiguity
• A positive, friendly and articulate personality, with a customer-focused approach

Workload: 100% (40 hours per week)
