Flexible Apheresis and Cryopreservation Services – Project Lead
Duties:
Lead the U.S. implementation of flexible apheresis and cryopreservation services for clinical trials. Collaborate with clinical teams to execute contracts and quality agreements with vendors, ensure logistics and regulatory compliance, finalize the RACI matrix, and oversee operational rollout.
Develop a comprehensive, U.S.-focused project plan, define key milestones, align with internal stakeholders, and manage the project budget.
Support feasibility assessments for scaling the capability, including evaluation of regulatory considerations and long-term sustainability.
Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in operations. Experience in project management is required.
Technical Knowledge Understanding of clinical trials, and laboratory operations is preferred. Great analytical skills. Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Location: East Hanover, NJ (Remote) (Part time - 20-35hours /week)
Pay Rate: $33 - $71.43/hour based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only)
Contract: 9-month
