Associate Director, Enterprise Marketing Partnerships (Contractor)
Supporting the Director of Enterprise Marketing Partnerships
The Associate Director (AD), Enterprise Marketing Partnerships contractor will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Enterprise Marketing Partnerships. This contractor will help drive the company’s strategic partnership initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with growth objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with experience spanning partnership development, omnichannel marketing, and cross-functional project management.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Research and Partnership Assessment:
o Conduct research and generate insights to support due diligence on partnership opportunities.

Partnership Coordination and Agreements:
o Support the crafting and documentation of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic and operational goals.
o Provide administrative and logistical support for partnership negotiations.
o Activation support on agreements
• Aid in the development and coordination of omnichannel marketing initiatives to ensure campaign cohesiveness across various platforms.
• Monitor campaign execution to uphold consistency and adherence to goals.

Consumer Experience Analysis:
• Collect and analyze data on consumer journeys across partnership touchpoints to enhance engagement strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure alignment between partnership activities and business strategies.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
o Regularly track and report on partnership performance metrics and outcomes to the Director.
o Compile and synthesize data-driven insights to inform adjustments to partnership strategies.

Relationship Management:
o Foster positive collaboration with external partners, providing feedback and resolving operational issues as needed.
o Maintain open lines of communication to reinforce partnerships and advance shared goals.

Compliance and Review Support:
o Work with legal and medical review committees to ensure partnerships comply with industry regulations and standards.
o Administer documentation to support reviews from relevant regulatory bodies.
• Track resource allocation specific to partners and ensure efficient use of funds.
 

Alignment and Engagement Support:
o Prepare materials to help inform and update stakeholders regarding partnership plans, activities, and outcomes.
o Build alignment across teams on project execution.

Experience Expectations
• Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in partnership development or marketing in sports, music, entertainment, or related industries.
• 1–2 years of project management experience, including supporting strategy execution and managing complex workflows.
• Experience working on global or regional projects requiring collaboration across various teams (e.g., marketing, legal, agency).

• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication abilities to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Role Impact
This contractor position serves as a critical support function, allowing the Director of Enterprise Marketing Partnerships to remain focused on high-level strategic oversight while ensuring that operational responsibilities and partnership initiatives are managed efficiently and effectively.

Location: East Hanover, NJ  (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $67/hr - $86.84/hr based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only)
Contract: 12-month
