Context:
The company is transforming and is looking for support for an internal project related to processes and systems harmonization between 2 different business units within the company, at a global and country level.

Description of the role:
➢ Leads end-to-end supply chain PMO for a Global Integration project:
• Lead, drive, oversee and monitor in close collaboration with Business stakeholders the evaluation and implementation of future integrated business set ups
•  Lead Workstream and oversee future flows design in alignment with key stakeholders, project timelines. Business and IT requirements.
•  Drive and oversee end-to-end flows implementation.
•  Leverage on PMO tool to provide a project tracking dashboard and pro-active follow up on activities including driving resolutions for open topics.

Profile
• Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Minimum 8-10 years professional experience
• Advanced level of English
• At ease with MS Office tools, of which Excel.
• Confirmed experience in project management (Experience of integration, finance, systems and processes with ability to support the functions through the transition)
• Experience in Supply Chain (End-to-end flows and processes implementation)
• Life sciences, commercial experience, an asset
• Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams
• Strong communication & story telling skills

Workload: 100% (40 hours per week)
Role type: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
Required start date: November 2025
Contract until: 30.06.2026
