Palo Alto Networks is looking for a SASE GTM Program Manager - Contractor to work with the SASE Go to Market team and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.

Your Impact
Tracking New Product Initiation Launches
- Stay synced with technical teams / NPI teams on the latest high-level development.
- Ensure GTM inputs are represented along the NPI process, and flag / escalate if there is a GTM risk early in the NPI process.
- Track progress on remaining GTM open items with cross-functional team (IT quoting, product marketing, etc)
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and blockers across work streams.
Licensing & Quoting Program Execution
- Answers basic licensing / quoting questions to Global Sales teams
- Drive progress across quoting and licensing transformation efforts.
- Coordinate between Product, Pricing, Sales Ops, and IT to implement changes in Salesforce CPQ and associated tools to represent sales needs
- Track emerging and ongoing quoting issues and process issues to work with IT and Sales Ops teams to tackle and execute in a short fashion
- Provide visibility and synthesize for patterns of issues / areas for systematic fix
Top Deal Risk Management
- Track issues affecting top strategic deals, especially those involving product readiness, licensing, and quote mechanics.
- Understand the latest status from central cross-functional team (product, GTM, etc) and account teams
POC and Field Issue Resolution
- Lead efforts to identify recurring POC challenges and operational gaps.
- Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Product, and GTM teams to drive resolution and improve process consistency.
Strategic Cross-functional Program Management
- Own discrete projects that require alignment across Product, Sales, and IT by track progress and drive cross-functional execution
- Apply business and technical judgment to prioritize, sequence, and drive clarity across complex topics.
Your Experience
- 5+ years of experience in program management, sales operations, or GTM roles within SaaS/cloud companies
- Strong familiarity with licensing models, Salesforce CPQ, and quote-to-cash processes; fast to learn and detail oriented and can master Product-specific quoting rules / logic rules
- Familiar with Enterprise Technology, and experience working with a Product before
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and work streams across product, sales, and IT
- Ability to manage ambiguity and execute with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level updates
- Fast learner, extreme sense of ownership, can drive execution end-to-end
- Organized and proactive
- Good GSuite skills (Gsheet, Doc, Slide)
Education
- Bachelar of Arts in Business, Finance, Product, Computing Science
- Master degree in Busienss or Product / Program Management preferred
Compensation
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer,this is the pay range that Magnit (the staffing agency) reasonably expects to pay for this position: $70/hour to $75/hour. Please note that the compensation information in this posting reflects the hourly wage only and does not include benefits. Magnit offers Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K.
