About the Role

Our team manages all credit marketing strategy for Global Credit and US Credit Marketing communications. 

Responsibilities 

• Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve business goals
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement marketing content and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing processes
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years Credit Card or Co-Brand Credit Card Marketing experience
• 8+ years Marketing experience
• Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C financial services, e-commerce, or technology industries strongly preferred
• Strong ability to interpret data, use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Analytics), and translate insights into recommendations
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or Workfront for tracking campaigns, creative reviews, and asset approvals
• Experience working with legal and compliance teams to ensure marketing meets financial and regulatory standards
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms
• Bachelor’s Degree
   

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $33.33/hour - $44.44/hour
