Job Summary: 

This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Charitable Endowment Fund department.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists in preparing or reviewing reports. 
  • Handle email correspondence while utilizing strong written communication and customer service skills
  • Maintain a high attention to detail while meeting assigned goals
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by manager
  • There will be phone work involved
  • Performs a variety of transactions including new account processing, contributions, and account maintenance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • At least 5 years of administrative or customer service experience within a professional work environment
  • Must have strong data entry skills 
  • Experience with phones / call center
  • Experience within the banking / financial industry is a BIG plus
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Team player - willing to jump in whenever needed (even if it doesn't fall within their job description)
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

 

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $17.25/hour - $23.00/hour

QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :
  • Work Authorization : US Citizen, Other valid work visa
  • Preferred years of experience : 5+ Years
  • Travel Required : No travel required
  • Shift timings: 8 AM - 5 PM, M - F
