Job Summary:
This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Charitable Endowment Fund department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in preparing or reviewing reports.
- Handle email correspondence while utilizing strong written communication and customer service skills
- Maintain a high attention to detail while meeting assigned goals
- Assist with various projects as assigned by manager
- There will be phone work involved
- Performs a variety of transactions including new account processing, contributions, and account maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least 5 years of administrative or customer service experience within a professional work environment
- Must have strong data entry skills
- Experience with phones / call center
- Experience within the banking / financial industry is a BIG plus
- High attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Team player - willing to jump in whenever needed (even if it doesn't fall within their job description)
- Ability to Multi-task
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $17.25/hour - $23.00/hour
