Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain an established set of artifacts and lead business process mapping and efficiency work, including methodology and approach, workshop facilitation, and maintenance of appropriate business process and enterprise-wide requirements, to support the wider change agenda.
- Collect business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
- Document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
- Maintain an established set of enterprise architecture artifacts.
- Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.
- Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
- Manage workstreams or small projects within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects; use structured change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and embed desired culture and behaviors.
- Plan and deliver small projects or workstreams, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved.

- Minimum of High School Diploma
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $32.07/hour - $42.76/hour
