Job Title: Market Insight Advisor (Contractor - 12 month) (Alternate: Segment Marketing Specialist)
Role Summary:
This role is responsible for building and executing complex, data-driven customer campaigns across email and other digital channels, supporting both current-state campaign delivery and ongoing migration efforts from Unica to RedPoint Interaction (RPI). The position emphasizes translating campaign strategy into scalable, compliant execution within a multi-platform environment, ensuring consistency and accuracy across legacy and modern marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute customer campaigns within RedPoint Interaction (RPI), including segmentation, workflow orchestration, and deployment · Translate business and campaign requirements into executable data selections, logic, and campaign flows · Write and modify SQL queries to support audience creation, data validation, and troubleshooting · Develop and modify customer communications across email and digital channels using approved templates and dynamic content · Ensure campaigns meet brand, compliance, regulatory, and accessibility standards · Perform end-to-end QA and validation (data, logic, content, and output files) prior to deployment · Partner with cross-functional teams (strategy, analytics, data, technology) to ensure alignment and execution feasibility · Troubleshoot campaign, data, or platform issues across RPI and downstream systems · Manage multiple concurrent campaigns with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment · Document campaign logic, build approaches, and best practices to support consistency and process improvement
Core Competencies:
Experience working across multiple marketing platforms, including legacy (Unica) and modern orchestration tools (RPI or similar) · Strong understanding of data-driven campaign execution in complex and regulated environments · Proficiency in SQL for data selection, validation, and troubleshooting · Working knowledge of HTML for email development and rendering troubleshooting · Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation · Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines · Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $37.00/hour-$42.00/hour
