Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Role Overview:

• Mail Order Pharmacy
• Perform final product verification of prescription medications prior to shipment or dispensing.
• Verify correct drug, strength, dosage form, quantity, labeling, packaging, and patient information.
• Ensure prescription fulfillment complies with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Review patient profiles for appropriateness, allergies, duplicate therapy, and potential drug interactions as required.
• Resolve verification discrepancies. 
• Maintain accuracy and productivity standards within established turnaround times.
• Report medication errors, near misses, and operational concerns according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and operations teams to optimize workflow.

Education & Licensures:

Registered Pharmacist: Massachusetts (Required)

PHARMD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Required)


Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) 

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $48.00/hour-$55.00/ hour
