Translate Human Resources business needs into AI-enabled use cases, design end-to-end processes, and define AI-specific requirements. This role requires strong delivery planning, cross-team coordination, UAT planning, defect triage, and release readiness expertise. The candidate will ensure solution viability, support architecture governance, manage release activities, and drive continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions in a complex, cross-functional environment.  

• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled use cases, including defining problem statements, user scenarios, and success criteria.
• Strong experience designing end-to-end process flows, including user journeys, system interactions, decision points, and exception handling.
• Ability to assess solution viability and architectural impact, partnering with technical teams to evaluate feasibility, integrations, data dependencies, and constraints.
• Experience coordinating and supporting architecture governance processes, including tracking and managing architecture change approvals.
• Expertise in defining AI-specific requirements, such as intents, user inputs, decision logic, response handling, and fallback scenarios.
• Strong delivery management skills, including delivery planning, dependency management, and milestone tracking.
• Experience developing and managing release schedules, ensuring alignment across delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to produce clear and concise status reporting, including risks, issues, progress updates, and executive-level summaries.
• Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, delivery teams, AI/ML teams, cloud engineering, cybersecurity/privacy (CIP), and external partners.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, including defining test scenarios, entry/exit criteria, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to facilitate defect triage and prioritization, balancing business impact, technical risk, and release timelines.
• Experience conducting release readiness assessments, ensuring all functional, technical, and operational criteria are met prior to deployment.
• Ability to coordinate and support release sign-off processes, ensuring alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting business production checkout, validating that solutions meet business expectations post-release.
• Proven ability to lead knowledge transfer (KT) and transition planning, ensuring solutions are handed off effectively for ongoing support and sustainment.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement, including analyzing performance, identifying gaps, and driving enhancements to processes and AI-driven solutions.
• Experience working with AI, chatbot, or conversational AI platforms.
• Experience working within regulated environments, including coordination with cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance (CIP) teams.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and defect management.
• Experience working with HR ERP systems such as Workday or similar, and understands HR processes. 

Experience with AI systems like ChapGPT and HR systems like Workday

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $90.00/hour-$94.00/hour
