This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative


LOCATION: This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the US.

SCHEDULE:
Training Schedule: 8:30-5pm EST 
Post-Training Schedule: 9:30-6:30pm EST
MUST be able to support EST schedule


***NOTE: This is a VOLUME call role (will be handling inbound/ outbound calls throughout the workday)***

Candidates must have a quiet and private working environment.

Candidates must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection to connect into the equipment - WiFi connection will not suffice.


ROLE OVERVIEW:

Managing VOLUME CALLS (inbound/ outbound) throughout the day

Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Customer Service. 

Receives requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding insurance claims/policies. 

Responds to inquiries from policy holders, providers and/or others for information and assistance. 
Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine most effective response. 

Mails or routes claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for final processing. 

Position typically requires excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand and interpret policy provisions. Independently responds to inquiries, grievances, complaints or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity. Issues tend to be routine in nature. 

Good knowledge and understanding of Customer Service and business/operating processes and procedures. 

Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.

SKILLS

Call Center Experience, preferred

Remote working experience, preferred

Pharmacy, Insurance experience, preferred.

Computer and desk phone savvy

Reliable

Good Attendance, required

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GEED


Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)  

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $17.00/hour-$18.00/ hour
