This position is a 12 Month contract assignment. The pay range for this role is between 75.00/hr - $88.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

| What we’re looking for | A seasoned Agile practitioner with deep Agile knowledge and practical experience in driving Agile transformations, coaching teams, and applying Agile best practices to drive technology delivery. |
| What you’ll be doing | As an Agile Lead, you will provide wide range of Agile coaching and operational support to one or more product domains or horizontal departments, each of which is a scaled team of teams. You will be a trusted partner and advisor to the group’s leadership. Sharing the goal of efficient value delivery to our customers, you will be guiding the teams on the Agile ways of working in their day-to-day operations. Guided by the enterprise framework and based on data, you will tailor coaching and guidance to meet your customer’s unique needs. Other operational responsibilities may include providing Agile tools support, facilitating planning and other ceremonies, delivering documentation and training, enforcing standards compliance, gathering metrics, and assisting leadership with reporting, and risk and dependency management. |
