Our creative and technical Post-Production team is looking for a VFX Producer to support the creation of immersive videos. In this role, you will work as part of the Post-Production team, VFX lead and vendors, and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance the VFX workflow. You will also work closely with the online, audio, and finishing departments to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient production processes. 

Description

In a fast-paced multi-project environment, you will leverage your expertise in visual effects to support, develop, and guide the team’s VFX processes, driving the success of our creatively challenging and complex projects. This role will establish and document internal VFX processes, build VFX vendor relationships, and enhance methodology and quality overall. The VFX Producer will collaborate closely with production and post-production teams to manage project budgets, schedules, and track deliveries.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in VFX production
• Background in VFX workflows, including turnover, VFX pulls, deliveries, and conducting review sessions
• Experience in handling outsource VFX partners
• Experience of project leadership, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrate organization, foresight, and thoughtfulness in managing daily team assignments and deliverables
• Strong self-sufficient troubleshooter that is detail and results oriented, comfortable with collaboration and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with offline to VFX turnover and delivery pipeline
• Background in quality control, both creative and technical
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with a diverse team of creative and technical professionals
• Strong organization skills, written communication and attention to detail
