The Vendor Governance Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of Marcom's vendor governance program, helping ensure policies, processes, and standards are effectively implemented and maintained. Reporting to the Vendor Governance team, this role assists with vendor onboarding, compliance tracking, documentation management, and training coordination to support consistent and compliant vendor engagement across the organization.
Job Description:
- Support the vendor onboarding process by coordinating intake activities, gathering required documentation, and ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in maintaining and updating vendor policies and process documentation, ensuring materials remain current and accessible to internal teams and vendor partners.
- Coordinate logistics and communications for vendor education sessions, helping vendors understand how to effectively partner with Marcom on project-based engagements.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures for Vendor Governance, ensuring documentation is accurate, well-organized, and securely stored.
- Manage detailed records of vendor contacts, assessments, compliance status, and communications, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Assist with reporting and metrics gathering to support vendor performance evaluations and program health assessments.

- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in documentation, data entry, and reporting accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate compliance requirements, policies, and training material.
- Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Keynote, Pages, Numbers, project tracking tools).
Key Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in program coordination, vendor management, or operations.
