The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of digital experiences across our company's retail platforms. This role serves as a trusted advisor and integrator across business, user experience, and engineering, translating ambiguous business goals into clear, scalable, and technically sound solutions. This position requires strong systems thinking, deep product intuition, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams and workstreams. The Business Analyst drives alignment at both tactical and strategic levels, anticipates downstream impacts, and ensures that experiences are designed and delivered with quality, consistency, and long-term scalability in mind.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business and systems analysis for large, complex, and cross-functional initiatives, from early discovery through delivery and optimization.
- Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to shape product strategy, define success metrics, and influence roadmap decisions.
- Translate high-level business objectives and user needs into comprehensive functional and system specifications that support scalable, performant, and user-centered solutions.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of system workflows, integrations, and data flows across multiple platforms and services.
- Anticipate technical, UX, and operational risks; proactively surface trade-offs and recommend solutions that balance business goals, customer experience, and engineering constraints.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate experience performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide iterative optimization.
- Establish best practices, standards, and frameworks for business analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting complex digital products, platforms, or e-commerce ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience leading analysis for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant business and customer impact.
- Deep expertise in business and systems analysis, including translating ambiguous requirements into clear, durable, and extensible functional and technical specifications.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the full product lifecycle.

- Deep understanding of system design, user experience principles, and how technical decisions impact customer-facing experiences at scale.
- Experience delivering high-quality outcomes under tight timelines while helping teams adapt to evolving priorities and organizational change.
