The Marcom Group leads all of our advertising and marketing efforts to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.
The Photography team is looking for an experienced, flexible, and dedicated freelance Photo Editor to collaborate with our Photo & Creative Content team of Art Directors and Photo Producers for an exciting onsite project. We work with a variety of teams including newsroom, video/film, advertising, interactive, social, retail/channel and special projects. You are an integral part of the stories we create and the images we make.
DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Producers and other Photo editors to prepare and build presentations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Edit large photo shoots for a variety of deliverables.
- Manage multiple photo deliverables at once.
- Must be on-site for the work (5 days a week)
- The project hours vary and may require night and weekend work.
- Cover additional duties as appropriate to the project.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Looking for candidates with 5-7 years experience of photo editing within a strategic and creative environment.
- You are proficient at editing large sets of images under tight deadlines.
- You thrive in a fact-paced environment.
- You have excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills.
- You have excellent organizational skills.
- You are extremely detail oriented with extraordinary follow-through skills.
- You are able to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, with a record of successfully collaborating with a wide range of people across different disciplines and at different levels.
- You have the ability to solve problems quickly and flexibly, with a willingness to adapt in order to arrive at the best solution.
- You are adapt at learning new programs and software.
- You are willing to pitch in and help others as needed.
- You are proficient with Keynote; Photos App; and Adobe Creative Suite software, including Bridge and Photoshop; and Photo Mechanic.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree preferred.
