In this assignment, you will be working with Coinbase through our Managed Service Provider—partnering with one of the most influential cryptocurrency companies in history, dedicated to empowering their customers’ success through innovative solutions.

 

• Execute end-to-end risk assessments, including inherent risk identification, control environment evaluation, and residual risk rating.
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support risk conclusions.
• Draft clear, well-structured risk assessment reports and executive summaries for senior leadership and regulatory audiences.
• Partner with subject matter experts to validate findings and ensure accuracy.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and agents to enhance research, data analysis, and documentation workflows.
• Identify control gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to develop remediation recommendations.
• Maintain organized workpapers and documentation in accordance with internal standards.
• Risk Assessment Experience: 3+ years executing compliance or operational risk assessments in a regulated environment.
• Writing Skills: Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise narratives.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing large datasets; comfort with Google Workspace, Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• AI Fluency: Experience working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) or LLMs to accelerate research and documentation.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Background in at least one of the following, AML/CFT, Sanctions, ABC, or non-FCC compliance
