Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Support (Swing Shift)

Position Details:

• This position is 100% onsite. Keysight Location: 22361 Gilberto; Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.
• Work Schedule: SWING SHIFT: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours/week.
• 6 openings.
• Contract Duration: 12 months.

Duties:

• Support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes. 
• Through on‑the‑job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. 
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.

Required Skills:

• High School diploma is required.
• High‑volume parts inspection and handling.
• Microscopic inspection.
• Part deburring, cleaning, and handling.
• Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging.
• Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment.
• Strong manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and converse in English.
• Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).

Pay Transparency:

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $23.33/hour - $23.33/hour W-2.
