The MUFG Talent Network is an online application where potential job seekers can join and access current and future temporary/contract jobs with MUFG as part of the contingent workforce program. Current employees, contractors, and alumni can also join this network to refer potential talent to open roles.

Magnit offers transparency and compliant direct payroll via PAYE pay and ensures compliance for MUFG’s contractor population. Magnit’s VMS system also provides online timecards for workers to easily submit for MUFG managers to approve.

As a contractor worker at MUFG, you will be employed by Magnit Global. You will not be an employee or other agent of MUFG. Magnit has been contracted by MUFG to provide third-party payroll and employer-of-record services for individuals performing temporary and contract positions.
