Seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud ERP Testing Project & Program Manager
Responsible for the Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Testing activities in support of one of the organizations’ top strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the testing and quality approach for the overall program, for all phases of the solution development life cycle
- Define detailed plan and activities for each test phase, with alignment to global program timeline, including documenting and tracking entry and exit criteria per cycle
- Define detailed deliverables required to ensure consistency and traceability of testing artefacts (test scripts, test scenarios, data sets, negative testing, regression testing, etc)
- Manage continuous updates to test scripts in context of operational evolution of the solution
- Identify required resources to achieve testing and quality outcome
- Manage User Acceptance Testing, covering end-to-end business processes of system solutions, regular vendor updates and ongoing enhancements
- Communicate detailed expectations to all testing participants and manage resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party
- Develop, maintain, set expectations, and drive adoption around any processes or tools needed to manage high-volume and complex testing cycles
- Work closely with process expert and solution design leads to ensure appropriate solution understanding is embedded into testing scope
- Manage day-to-day activities of the testing teams, including supervising and directing globally distributed testing coordinators/testing support resources
- Ensure effective communications and expectations across the program team and external partners for testing activities
- Track testing progress and provide regular status updates in alignment with defined plans
- Analyze test results and test metrics
- Manage and coordinate defect resolution in collaboration with appropriate Technology teams
- Prepare, review and present test reports
- Identify, analyze & mitigate all risks & issues related to testing deliverables
- Any necessary escalation within the program/operational leadership teams when needed to ensure quality and timeliness of testing outcomes
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in management of testing and quality assurance for ERP implementations across multiple process/functional areas in context of global deployments
- Experience in waterfall and agile delivery
- Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Project, SaaS PM tools (e.g., JIRA, SmartSheet) and an understanding of DevOps principles.
- Proven success in providing leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $70-90/Hr
